Another post from a colleague...
This question was posed yesterday by a customer who has been banned from several government offfices already. "What's the case law on the type of font to be used for corresponding with public officials?" He would not stop until he could spoke to the State Librarian who told him that he just uses any old font. This customer is usually abusive and short-tempered. Gosh, maybe we should have told him it's a secret! I might try that the next time!
